Dr. Daniel M. Finelli is a licensed physician, board certified in internal medicine, as well as an experienced trial attorney. He concentrates his trial practice in representing victims of professional negligence, including medical malpractice, wrongful death, and birth trauma cases. Dr. Finelli employs his medical training and clinical experience in representing individuals and families who have been tragically injured due to negligent medical care. Since leaving his active medical practice to become a trial attorney, he has repeatedly obtained significant recoveries on behalf of his clients. Dr. Finelli has tried to verdict more than twenty medical malpractice and wrongful death cases. Initially practicing in Ohio, Dr. Finelli received wide spread recognition for his courtroom results, especially when during one year he obtained one of the top ten highest verdicts in the state of Ohio. He lectures frequently at continuing legal education seminar on medical malpractice litigation.

Prior to joining Raynes McCarty, Dr. Finelli was a principal partner in the law firm of Finelli & Margolis P.L.L., located in Cleveland, Ohio. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and a Fellow in the American College of Legal Medicine. He received his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Medicine and completed his residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in vascular medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. He completed his academic education with a law degree from the Cleveland State University John Marshall College of Law.
